KYRIAKIDIS
Managing Partner. He was born in Athens in 1973.
He studied at the Law School of the University of Athens and at postgraduate level at the Law Schools of the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg (Germany) and Freie Universität Berlin (Germany). The topic of his doctoral thesis was “The responsibility of the Administration in the light of the latest developments in Environmental and Technology Law”. He is a Supreme Court and Council of State lawyer.
His main legal orientation is civil, commercial and corporate law litigation, where he has considerable judicial experience. At the same time, he takes extensive advisory action in the aforementioned fields and leads out-of-court negotiation schemes with the litigants.
He does business with the clients of the firm also in English, German and Japanese.
NIKOLAOS
PAPADOPOULOS
He was born in Thessaloniki in 1983.
He studied at the Law School of the University of Thessaloniki and at postgraduate level at the Law School of the University of Athens. He is a Supreme Court and Council of State lawyer.
He specializes in the field of private international law and international commercial transactions, where he has significant advisory activity. He is also a PhD candidate of the University of Athens. He undertakes the legal representation of foreign natural persons and legal entities as far as their private and commercial transactions in the Greek territory are concerned. Meanwhile, he specializes in real estate law with international elements and coordinates projects concerning complex legal issues of the National (Greek) Land Registry.
He transacts with the clients of the firm also in English, French and German.

She was born in Athens in 1946.
She is a graduate of the Economics Department of the University of Piraeus. She was Director of the Financial Services Department of the Hellenic Manpower Employment Organization (OAED) in Athens.
She provides consulting services to E.P. KYRIAKIDIS LAW FIRM in financial, tax and labour issues, mainly for natural persons.

He was born in Athens in 1962.
He is a graduate of the University of Athens.
He was Securities Country Manager of the Citigroup Group regarding the investments of foreign institutional investors in Greece and Cyprus.
He delivers opinion and provides advisory services to E.P. KYRIAKIDIS LAW FIRM on investment and stock market as well as capital market issues.

He was born in Athens in 1979.
He is a graduate of the Economics Department of the University of Athens. He owns a financial, accounting and tax services office in Athens.
He provides advisory services to E.P. KYRIAKIDIS LAW FIRM in financial, accounting and tax issues, mainly for legal entities.

FRAGIOUDAKIS
He was born in Athens in 1946.
He was General Director of the Ministry of Agricultural Development and Food and previously Director of the Forest Administration Directorate and the Forest Protection Directorate of the said Ministry.
He has developed an intense writing activity in the field of the protection of national lands and forests.
He advises on a non-profit basis to E.P. KYRIAKIDIS LAW firm on environmental and forestry law issues.
PANOS
DIMAKIS
Panos Dimakis was born in Athens in 1977.
He is a professional translator specializing in legal, financial and literary translations. He collaborates on translation and editing projects with Greek credit institutions, private and public bodies as well as with the Hellenic Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants (GSEVEE).
He is also an author, having published two books of linguistic/lexicological interest (2018, 2020) and two novels for Kapa Editions and Dioptra (2020, 2022).
He has been working systematically with E.P. KYRIAKIDIS LAW FIRM for more than ten years in the field of editing and translating case files and contractual documents drafted by the law firm.
